Return condition

Taking into account the product return policy, the Eurotechnologies LLC company gives you the opportunity to return the purchased product within 5 calendar days following the procedure specified below:

In order to initiate the process, you need to inform the company of the identification data of the product to be returned, the order number, the date of the order, the date of receipt of the order, the reason for the return (it may be necessary to upload a photo of the product and the payment confirmation document and send it to the e-mail address of Eurotechnologies LLC: info@eurotech.ge

The product return policy is valid for 5 calendar days after receiving the product

2.4. If the product and the parts/documents accompanying the product show any kind of change, the company Eurotechnologies reserves the right to question its authenticity/inaccuracy and, accordingly, to suspend the product return procedure until research and diagnostic work is carried out, which may last no more than 14 working days. Based on the results of investigation and diagnosis, the company is authorized to continue or terminate the return procedure of the product/s.

2.5. The return (transportation) of the product is provided by the Eurotechnologies company through its own and/or transportation service subcontractor, no later than 3 working days in Tbilisi and 10 working days in the region after placing the request.

2.6. When returning the product, the product must be accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents given at the time of purchase (bill of lading, proof of payment, warranty sheet, technical passport, other documents accompanying the item, box of the item, etc.).

2.7. Returning the product in accordance with these rules is possible if:

2.7.1. the product does not correspond to the order or the technical specifications posted on the website;

2.7.2. The product has a factory defect;

2.7.3. the product is damaged during transportation;

2.7.4. The agreed delivery time was violated by Eurotechnologies;

2.8. The return of the product is possible independently of the conditions listed above, with the consent of the company supplying the purchased product and Eurotechnologies in the following cases:

2.8.1. The factory packaging of the product is unopened, undamaged or;

2.8.2. If the factory packaging of the product has been opened and as a result of diagnosis, it has been established that the product to be returned by the user has preserved all its functional characteristics and no visual defect is observed;

2.8.3. If the factory packaging of the product is damaged and/or as a result of diagnosis, it is determined that the product to be returned by the user retains all its functional characteristics, however, visual defects are observed that are not caused by the user's fault

2.8.4 Eurotechnologies shall inform the user about the return or refusal to return the item no later than 3 working days after the customer has indicated the desire to return the item in the exceptional cases specified in clause 2.8.

2.9. The product return policy does not apply to the following products:

on accessories and consumables.

3. Payment method:

3.1. The company Eurotechnologies undertakes to compensate the user for the amount paid for the product in case the user wishes to return the purchased product:

3.1.1. 100%, if: the factory packaging of the product is unopened, undamaged and accompanied by all the accompanying parts and documents given at the time of purchase (bill of lading, proof of payment, guarantee sheet, etc.);

3.1.2. 100% if the product has a factory defect or the product does not correspond to the order/or the technical characteristics posted on the website or the product is damaged in the transportation process and accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents specified in clause 2.6.

3.1.3. Up to 80-90% if the factory packaging of the product has been opened and as a result of diagnostics it has been determined that the product to be returned by the user has preserved all the functional characteristics and no visual defect is observed, and all accompanying parts and documents specified in clause 2.6 are also accompanied.

3.1.4. Up to 60-80% if the factory packaging of the product is damaged and/or as a result of diagnostics it was determined that the product to be returned by the user has preserved all the functional characteristics, however, visual defects are observed.

3.1.5. If, as a result of diagnosis, it is determined that the product to be returned by the user has not preserved all functional and/or visual characteristics and/or is not accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents specified in clause 2.6, the company reserves the right not to return the product and, accordingly, not to return the amount paid for the product.

3.2. Refunds can only be made by crediting the customer's bank account through non-cash payment.

3.3. Eurotechnologies will compensate the customer for the cost of the purchased product, in the manner and amount established by this article, within 15 working days, except for 3.1.1. of the case provided for in the article.

3.4. 3.1.1 of this policy. In the case provided for in the article, the cost of the product will be returned to the customer within 5 (five) working days.

4. The procedure for reimbursement of the cost of transportation services:

4.1. The company Eurotechnologies reimburses the cost of transportation services when the user returns the product, if:

o the product does not correspond to the order/or the technical characteristics posted on the website;

o The product has a factory defect;

  o The product is damaged during transportation;

4.2. In all other cases, the cost of transportation service is paid by the customer, which is 10 GEL for products up to 30 kg, and 40 GEL for products weighing 30 kg and more.

5. Product return procedure:

5.1. In the event that the return is initiated by the customer immediately after delivery, the case is recorded in the information center and the courier is given a confirmation that the product has been picked up;

5.2. Within 5 calendar days after receiving the products, the customer can file a request for the return of the products;

5.3. If within 5 calendar days after the receipt of the product, the customer wishes to return the product due to the defect of the received item (it has a visual/factory defect or does not match the order and/or the product characteristics posted on eurotech.ge), the Eurotechnologies company will provide the refund within 3 working days from the notification of the request, and within 10 working days in the region to return the product (from the customer's pick-up) subject to this return policy.

5.4. In the event of a factory defect detected after 5 calendar days of receiving the product, the customer must act according to the relevant warranty conditions (if any).

5.5. In the case of a factory fault recorded 5 calendar days after receiving the product, if the service center establishes the fact of the existence of a factory fault of the item and issues an appropriate conclusion for the need to replace the item, in order to replace the item by Eurotechnologies, the customer must ensure that the said conclusion is submitted to Eurotechnologies.

6. Rules for returning products purchased in installments

6.1. Products purchased in installments can be returned and/or installments can be canceled only with the consent of Eurotechnologies, taking into account the present return rules.

6.2. The return of the products purchased in installments without the consent of Eurotechnologies is possible only if the product does not correspond to the order or the technical characteristics posted on the website, and the product has not been used/opened, the appearance of the product has not been violated, and the product is accompanied by all the relevant documents that came with it. at the time of delivery to the customer.

6.3. The return of products purchased in installments and/or the cancellation of installments with the consent of Eurotechnologies is possible if the user reimburses Eurotechnologies before canceling the installment or returning the item the transportation fee determined in accordance with the present return policy and the fee determined in the presence of a defect of the item specified in clauses 3.1.3-3.1.4, in particular : 10-20% - 3.1.3. in the case defined by clause and 20-40% in the case defined by clause 3.1.4 (if any).
